Cancel:

Return:
• After receiving your parcel, we give you 48 hours to place your return request. Within 3 to 5 business days of your request we will pick up your parcel from your given address.
• To place the return request, you can visit the order page from your mobile application.
• From website browser you can log in to your account and ask us to start the return procedure from the order page.
• The replaced item will be received in next 6-7 business days.
• Unfortunately, after 48 hours we will not be able to help you with the return request.
Refund:
• The returned parcel goes through Leskly quality check process in our warehouse. If it will pass the quality test, your refund will be processed from or side.
• You can receive the refund on your preferred bank account by providing required bank details.
• You can receive the refund on our wallet that can be used by you in future.
• The shipping charges will be deducted from paid amount.

After sending your products to our delivery partner, a tracking id and link will be sent on your respective Email Id. Hence, it will be easier for you to track down your order and understand when you will be receiving your order.
